Hyperbaric chamber
The one and only four-seat Luxury Comfort hyperbaric chamber in the Baltic States – exclusively in Vilnius and Kaunas.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a revolutionary wellness treatment in which patients breathe oxygen-enriched air in a specially pressurised chamber. This advanced method allows the body to absorb up to five times more oxygen than under normal conditions, helping to strengthen the overall health state, slow down ageing processes, accelerate wound healing, and effectively reduce inflammation and infection.
When the body is fully saturated with oxygen and blood circulation becomes more efficient, tissues repair faster — which is especially important after injuries or surgeries. Oxygen also supports metabolism, improves circulation, stimulates detoxification and regeneration, and helps repair damaged cells.
Worldwide, HBOT is recognised as one of the most effective ways to restore optimal oxygen balance in the body, particularly when cells cannot receive enough oxygen on their own.
At Drops Clinic, HBOT is delivered in the most advanced four-seat hyperbaric chamber in the Baltic States — combining medical-grade technology with a premium SPA-like comfort experience.
Regular sessions can contribute to a longer, healthier and more vibrant life. Therapy is suitable for children (from age 6), adults and seniors.

How long should you stay in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber?
The time spent in a pressure chamber directly determines how intensely and deeply the procedure affects the body.
A hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) session consists of three stages: compression (increasing pressure), the constant pressure phase, and decompression (decreasing pressure). The primary therapeutic effect is achieved during the constant pressure phase—the isobaric phase—when the chamber has reached the required pressure level, the pressure is stabilized, and the body breathes 94% oxygen. Under these conditions, the amount of dissolved oxygen in the blood and tissues increases significantly, creating favorable conditions for wound healing, suppression of inflammation, and tissue regeneration.
45-Minute Session: A Quick Refresh
The 45-minute session is designed for those seeking immediate results and improved well-being “here and now.” It is a short but effective procedure that helps you relax, provides a light energy boost, and allows for faster recovery after an active day or workout. A session of this length is perfect for daily recovery when you want a sense of lightness and instant improvement without expecting a deeper therapeutic effect.
60-Minute Session: The Balance Between Well-being and Therapy
The 60-minute session is the point where the true therapeutic effect begins to emerge. The body has enough time to not only adapt to the increased oxygen levels but also to activate its internal recovery mechanisms. When performed regularly, sessions of this duration help reduce inflammation, improve tissue oxygenation, and promote natural healing and wound recovery. Over time, this contributes to a stronger immune system, better sleep quality, faster muscle and brain recovery, and overall energy balance. This is considered the “golden standard” for people leading active lives and experiencing constant physical or emotional strain.
90-Minute Session: The Deepest and Most Versatile Effect
A 90-minute session provides the body with enough time to fully engage in the recovery processes. During this duration, the body doesn’t just react to the excess oxygen; it enters a state of deep regeneration. This time interval achieves the most stable and potent therapeutic effect.
The longer isobaric phase allows the body to consistently reduce inflammation, improve tissue healing, and strengthen blood circulation. Oxygen becomes an active tool for the cells—supporting the function of the skin, muscles, tendons, and the nervous system, while improving overall physical and emotional well-being.
Due to its depth and stability, the 90-minute session is particularly suitable:
- Following surgery.
- For complex or slow-healing wounds.
- For chronic inflammation.
- For maintaining an active lifestyle and long-term bodily balance.
This is the choice for those who value stable results and the maximum potential of the procedure over short-term effects.
While every duration has its purpose, a 90-minute hyperbaric oxygen therapy session provides the greatest biological value to the body—especially when the goal is not just to feel better, but to purposefully promote healing, regeneration, and longevity.
“Drops Clinic” helps every client select the optimal procedure time based on individual needs, health goals, and lifestyle to ensure every experience in the pressure chamber is as beneficial as possible.
What should you know before Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)?
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is a modern wellness method used to slow down ageing, support tissue regeneration after trauma or surgery, accelerate wound and scar healing, reduce inflammation and strengthen overall wellbeing. The therapy is safe and highly effective, especially at lower pressure settings, which help oxygen reach deeper tissues.
One session typically lasts about 60–90 minutes. The chamber can accommodate up to four people at once — meaning you can combine treatment with family wellness time. During the session, you may listen to music, watch a film, or use your phone/tablet.
Inside the chamber, air pressure is gradually increased to up to 2 ATA, which corresponds to a depth of 10 metres underwater. Under elevated pressure, oxygen absorption can increase up to 20 times compared to normal breathing conditions.
Your comfort and safety are continuously monitored by specially trained “Drops Clinic”staff.
The Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy in hyperbaric chamber is used for:
- Slowing down ageing processes
- Supporting recovery from chronic autoimmune conditions (including psoriasis, acne, etc.)
- Post-viral recovery (after COVID-19, flu and other infections)
- Accelerating wound and scar healing (after plastic, dental or general surgery)
- Lyme disease and tick-borne encephalitis recovery
- Carbon monoxide poisoning
- Sports injuries
- Acute upper respiratory infections
- Alcohol intoxication recovery
- Migraine relief
- Motion sickness
- Sleep disorders / insomnia
- Hearing and vision function support
- Jet lag recovery
- Acute pancreatitis
- Slow-healing diabetic wounds
Mental and behavioural health support
