The test includes an analysis of the amounts, volumes and shapes of erythrocytes, platelets and leucocytes &#8211; the main blood forming elements &#8211; as well as their distribution in the blood and the presence of other atypical cells.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BKT is particularly useful in the detection of various pathologies, including anaemia, various types of infections, allergies, as well as in the differentiation between inflammation of bacterial and viral origin.
